1.) WHILE IM INTERVIEWING THE GOVERNMENT OF AFRICA THE FIRST QUESTION I WOULD ASK IS WHY DO YOU SUPPORT THE AVERAGE OF AFRICAN-AMERICAN FEMALES DROPPING OUT OF SCHOOL THEN WINDING UP ON THE STREET.
